Success Factors
Lead conversion rate, sales growth, on-target gross revenue, sales cycle length, customer project success.
Total Compensation and Benefits
$85,000-$120,000/yr. Plus performance incentives based on profitable sales growth (commission, bonuses, etc.) aligned with company goals and individual achievements.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage relationships with new and existing accounts, driving the generation of quotes and new projects
- Accurately gather all necessary information for timely project cost estimations
- Track, monitor, and report on the status of quoted programs
- Effective use & development of company ERP system: Estimating, sales, CSM/SRM
- Provide ongoing support and technical guidance to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address needs
- Working collaboratively with cross functional teams, specifically product design, manufacturing in developing sales and markets, from initial cold call to project in full production & closure
- Prepare and present impactful presentations
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Preferred candidate would have a working knowledge of the injection molding manufacturing process with a technical background serving as the base for dialogue with customers
- Preferred with sales experience in a manufacturing, new product design environment
- While marketing and communications education is beneficial (BA/BS), fitting into our culture and organization is most important. All candidates will be considered.
- Conducts themselves with the highest ethical and moral standards
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for use in dealing with customers, office staff, production, and vendors
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
