An Innovative Leader in Plastic Injection Molding

PH Molds has a proven track record for manufacturing complex plastic parts and assemblies.

In our 37,000-square foot facility, we process all thermoplastic materials from various commodity and engineering resins.

Innovations in engineered plastic resins and plastic injection molding processes are constantly being evaluated and incorporated into projects by the PH Molds technical team.

Plastic Molding Services

    Molding

Single-shot plastic injection molding is an efficient and cost-effective method for molding high quality custom plastic parts. From single cavity molds to high cavitation, unscrewing, multi-action to family molds.

    Overmolding

An injection molding process where a second thermoplastic material is molded over another material to form one part.

Using two separate molds in the injection molding press, two materials are bonded together during the overmolding process to form one part with unique visual or ergonomic appeal, such as handles or knobs.

    Insert Molding

Insert molding is a molding process in which thermoplastic material is molded around an insert piece or pieces placed in the injection molding cavity, resulting in a single strongly bonded, integrated assembly, with the insert or inserts encapsulated by the plastic. Inserts can be metal, another plastic, ceramic or many other materials.

    Thin Wall Molding

Thin wall injection molding is a specialized form of conventional injection molding that focuses on mass-producing plastic parts that are thin and light so that material cost savings can be made and cycle times can be as short as possible. Shorter cycle times means higher productivity and lower costs per part.
