About the Role
At PH Molds Limited, quality is not a department — it’s part of how we work every day. We are looking for a Senior Quality Manager who brings both technical strength and a people-first mindset to help us continue building trust with our customers and within our team.
This role is hands-on and collaborative. You will be visible on the shop floor, engaged with operations and engineering, and focused on strengthening systems that support people in doing their best work.
What This Role Is Really About
As Senior Quality Manager, you will:

Lead and continuously improve our ISO 9001 quality management system

Work alongside production and engineering to solve problems at the root

Support audits and customer requirements with confidence and clarity

Drive practical, sustainable corrective actions

Build trust, accountability, and consistency across the organization

Mentor and develop the quality team while strengthening overall capability
